Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month contract! As a Project Manager, you will lead high-priority, cross-functional, and complex innovation projects. You will support European Category Marketing Managers in transforming innovation opportunities from conceptual ideas into fully executed products across multiple markets. This includes overseeing artwork processes and managing project timelines. The role also requires a Project Manager who can coordinate and lead virtual teams, navigate challenges, and develop solutions across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing multiple innovation and artwork projects, managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Setting clear timelines for each project and ensuring all stakeholders meet their responsibilities on time and in full.
  • Establishing clear direction and alignment by defining objectives and ensuring they are understood.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams and embedding improved ways of working across multiple markets.
  • Implementing a new in-house artwork process, system, and tool across complex artwork projects.
  • Engaging and aligning colleagues at all levels to successfully deliver key innovation projects on time and in full.
  • Driving progress with transparency, proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the process.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Experience leading medium to large innovation projects through the full lifecycle, managing multiple projects with strong prioritisation and a proactive approach.
  • Confidence in building relationships at all levels, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment with business needs.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects cross-functionally and managing project teams effectively.
  • Ability to influence within a matrix structure, facilitate governance, and engage stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • A problem-solving mindset, thriving in uncertainty and bringing clarity where needed.
  • A positive, energetic approach to motivating teams and driving progress.
  • A proactive attitude, taking ownership and making decisions to keep projects moving.
  • Strong teamwork skills, contributing to a collaborative and engaged culture.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
