With this key focus rpc are looking for a dynamic individual with a "can do" attitude filled with personal drive and team spirit.

rpc are currently recruiting for a UK Retail CRM Project Manager. This is an exciting and unmissable opportunity to be an integral part of the UK team for this vibrant and ambitious provider of consulting, coaching and training in the sphere of omni-channel presence for retailer focused companies- helping them shape their presence across the physical and digital world in order to create a consistent retail experience.

The overall purpose of the role will be to manage sales client relationships by providing consulting services within a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and the ability to "take a project and run with it".

Key Accountabilities

  • Complete end-to-end project management with solid CRM management experience and organizational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas.
  • Process implementation & efficiency with a customer-centric focus.
  • Support the management and completion of JIRA tasks, including project communication and administration.
  • Proficiency in frictionless retailing, with ability to collect information required for CRM systems set-up & support systems roll-out.
  • Manage people, stakeholder & Interpersonal relationships.
  • Align and prioritize tasks and projects effectively and escalate when relevant.

Essentials

  • B2B focus
  • Customer Relations & Database Management.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • English (native level C2).
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Process Automation & Aftersales Retention Management.
  • Project management & coordination.

Desirables

  • Strategic & digital marketing tactics is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM & project management.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Project management certification would be a bonus.
