This role focuses on account management and new business development within the agency sector. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agency panels, identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities for a Business Development Executive
- Provide exceptional support and service to referring panels, adhering to SLAs, and exceeding commitments.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers and agency consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor referral outcomes and provide updates to agency contacts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective needs analysis.
- Utilise outbound communication channels (telephone, email, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to generate leads and expand market share.
- Develop strategic account plans for key potential clients, create opportunity planners, and track progress.
