This growing consultancy operate across the Southern Counties where they specialise in Residential projects. With their projects ranging from small extensions to multi-million pound luxury builds where they work with exclusive clientele. Their commitment to building relationships and offering a high-quality service to their clientele has found them great success since completion. Recently they have found themselves in a great upturn in work resulting in them having to turn work down. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and close-knit team with this fantastic opportunity.
In this role you will take on several responsibilities where you will be predominantly office based with the occasional need to visit sites and clients across the region. Within the role you will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once where throughout the project you will be liaising with other consultants and the clients, ensuring the projects are running smoothly. Throughout the project you will be required to create a number of different detailed drawings from planning, building regulations and construction drawings that meet client specifications.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and has previous experience working on Residential projects to be able to hit the ground running, as well as having a drivers license and own vehicle to be able to visit sites when required.

The Role:
- Working on a variety of projects in the Residential sector
- Creating detailed planning, building regulations and construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Based in their office in Farnborough, with occasional site travel within an hour from the office
- Great opportunity to gain hands on experience and progress technically

- Previous experience working on Residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Full drivers license and commutable distance to the office
