A highly organised Construction Secretary is required to join a reputable organisation located in Camberley, Surrey on a permanent basis. Assisting the Construction Director, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support in a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the department.

Please note this role is fully office based.

Key duties:

  • Weekly reporting and production of various reports
  • Management of weekly payroll
  • Uploading paperwork onto COINS and recording checks
  • Daily monitoring and recording of surveys
  • Ensuring all plant equipment is inspected and recorded & booking health assessments for forklift drivers
  • Assisting the Construction Manager with construction phase plans, working at height documents and any other documents required for a new site.
  • Health & safety - management and allocation of scored tasks & attend quarterly health & safety meetings to discuss any issues
  • Manage training & inductions for the construction team
  • CSCS card audits
  • Holiday recording for weekly staff
  • Contract of Employment for weekly paid staff and additional HR letters
  • Reception cover

Required skills:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing and prioritising multiple tasks
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
