My client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Surrey. About the Role:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Leasehold and freehold properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build purchases

This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, who possesses strong technical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Providing clear and accurate advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing transfer documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

About You:

  • Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 3-5 years' experience in residential property work

  • Ability to manage your own caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant regulations
