My client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Surrey. About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold and freehold properties
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build purchases
This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, who possesses strong technical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support of an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Providing clear and accurate advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing transfer documents
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
About You:
- Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 3-5 years' experience in residential property work
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant regulations
- Proactive and organized with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
