Our client has an opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be part of the team dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of the Training team.
Role: Training Coordinator
Location: Farnborough
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Salary: Up to 30,000 depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Provision of day-to-day operational support to the training department
- Arranging flights, hotels and transport for flight crew
- Maintain and update the operations management system
- Crew qualifications monitoring
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Liaise with the Duty Operations Controller on all matters affecting company operations and compliance
- Some weekend/bank holiday/out of hours/shift work
Requirements:
- Administration experience
- Desire to work within the aviation industry
- Flexible to the demands of the role
- Ability to work well within the team
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent organiser
