Our client is currently looking for a strong Administrator to come and join their team. They are looking for a strong Legal Administrator who can hit the ground running. This is the opportunity to work for an award-winning law firm and be part of a busy and exciting team in their beautiful modern offices. You will be supporting 7 fee earners within the team.

The role is based in Farnborough and is fully office based. The salary is 24,000-30,000 dependant on experience. In addition to your salary, the company do offer a fantastic discretionary bonus of up to 1k.

Working hours are 9:00-5:30pm Monday - Friday based in the Farnborough office.

What will I be doing as a Legal Administrator?

  • Providing general secretarial support including diary management, digital dictation, file management etc.
  • Preparing court forms including Form E, petitions, general applications etc.
  • Producing court bundles and preparing briefs to counsel
  • Dealing with client enquiries both in person and by phone

Skills required for the Legal Administrator role:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Highly organised
  • IT literate
  • Good compliance knowledge
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Legal experience would be preferrable
