A Mortgage company in Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey is seeking 4 experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join their growing team.
Candidates must hold the CeMap qualification or equivalent and have experience working as a Mortgage Adviser; Protection advice experience is desirable but not mandatory.
The role offers strong leads and full administrative support, allowing advisers to focus on providing advice.
The starting salary is up to £35k, with a first-year OTE of approximately £75k, including a commission structure based on performance.
This is a hybrid position, allowing flexibility in work location and diary management across the company's 10 offices.

Exciting time of growth for a Mortgage company with offices throughout Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey looking for 4 experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join their team.

Candidates must hold the CeMap qualification or equivalent and have been working as a Mortgage Adviser, it is desirable that you have given Protection advice but not a deal breaker.

You will be provided with ample amounts of genuine strong leads, and a full administrative support function available to you, allowing you to focus fully on advice.

You will receive a salary of upto £35k starting with 15% on everything banked over £3000, first year OTE circa £75k.

Quarterly bonus uplifts of:

1.5% uplift for £37.5k per quarter
5% uplift for £45k per quarter
6% uplift £45k+ per quarter

This is a hybrid role, with control of your own diary/ work location across on of their 10 offices per week in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
