Part Time Customer Service Agent

Location: Farnborough

UK Team Salary: £11.73 per hour

UK Team Shift Options:

  1. Monday 12pm-8pm & Saturday 12pm-8pm (15hrs)
  2. Sunday 8am-4pm & Monday 4pm-8pm

US Team Salary: £12.80 per hour

US Team Shift Options:

  1. Sunday & Monday 2pm-10pm (15hrs)
  2. Monday 5pm-9pm, Friday 5pm-9pm & Sunday 2pm-10pm

My client based in Farnborough is a fintech company looking for an experienced and self-driven Customer Service Agent to join their friendly team. We are looking for friendly candidates with strong customer service experience who are able to deliver an excellent service.

Daily Duties

Answer email, phone & Live Chat queries.

Answering general technical queries about the website and mobile app.

Answering queries regarding customer statements and financial activity.

Providing a friendly, helpful advice to both parent and child account holders.

Prompt attention to queries and comments made via social media.

Administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks etc.)

Customer call backs.

Skill Set

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to work independently

Excellent phone manner

Ability to be flexible in a role

Excellent organisational skills

Happy working in a committed, busy, team environment

Good technical skills and happy to learn new systems

Working knowledge of Excel & Word
