About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and passionate company in the pet industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.
As part of the team, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple channels. This role includes working two Saturdays within an eight-week period, with additional pay for these shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring excellent service.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Provide expert advice on products and services to support customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Previous customer service experience (office, retail, or hospitality) preferred.Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Competent in using CRM systems and handling order processing.Passion for the pet industry is a bonus!
