Our client is a part of an independent dealership group that represents many reputable Brands in the world. Our client is seeking a New Service Advisor to work at their Brand New Dealership, ideally from a motor trade background (not essential)

You must have exceptional customer service skills to work within this independent dealership, you will not need to sell to clients as this is a Warranty Site.

The Role

Already enjoying the benefits of a successful cohesive team, this service centre requires a determined and proactive Service Advisor capable of making decisions with integrity, and building relationships and rapport with an increasing client base.

Working in a team of other service advisors you will be a key member of a stable and high-performing team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Organised and Punctual
  • Strong Communication
  • Great Telephone Manner

Working Days

  • Mon-Fri, No Weekends
