CARE COORDINATOR (HOME CARE) - CAMBERLEY, SURREY

STARTING SALARY:- £29,000.00 p.a. + Paid On Call + Generous Incentives

If you are either an experienced Home Care/Domiciliary Care Coordinator/Scheduler/Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor or Care Team Leader and would like to progress your career and be part of their exciting journey!

Reporting to:- Registered Care Manager

Duties will include:-

  • Call Scheduling
  • Care Coordination
  • Care Plans
  • Rota’d On Call Service (paid)
  • Spot Checks
  • Administration
  • Auditing & Compliance
  • Safeguarding
  • Risk Assessments

Desired experience:

  • Care Coordination/Rostering experience in creation and management of rotas for clients & carers either as a Care Coordinator/Scheduler or Senior Carer, Care Supervisor within a Domiciliary Care/ Home Care environment
  • Experience of liaising with Clients, Families & Professionals to manage care needs & staff deployment
  • Proven experience of providing the highest standards of home care/domiciliary care
  • Previous experience working with and supporting a team
  • Administrative experience
  • Ability to take both client and recruitment enquiries
  • Proficiency in following CQC regulations and safeguarding measuresSupervisor/Team Leader (Beneficial though not essential)
