STARTING SALARY:- £29,000.00 p.a. + Paid On Call + Generous Incentives

My client is presently experiencing a period of growth not only in Home Care but also Supported Living & Live-In Care. Reporting to:- Registered Care Manager
Duties will include:-
- Call Scheduling
- Care Coordination
- Care Plans
- Rota’d On Call Service (paid)
- Spot Checks
- Administration
- Auditing & Compliance
- Safeguarding
- Risk Assessments
Desired experience:
- Care Coordination/Rostering experience in creation and management of rotas for clients & carers either as a Care Coordinator/Scheduler or Senior Carer, Care Supervisor within a Domiciliary Care/ Home Care environment
- Experience of liaising with Clients, Families & Professionals to manage care needs & staff deployment
- Proven experience of providing the highest standards of home care/domiciliary care
- Previous experience working with and supporting a team
- Administrative experience
- Ability to take both client and recruitment enquiries
- Proficiency in following CQC regulations and safeguarding measuresSupervisor/Team Leader (Beneficial though not essential)
