Job Title: Static Maintenance Electrician

Location: Farnborough
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
On-Call: 1 in 6 weeks

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Static Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems within the site are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff to ensure minimal downtime and optimal facility performance.
  • Participate in a 1 in 6 weeks on-call rotation, providing emergency support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, ideally in a static site role.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
