We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join a responsive repairs contract, to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in the Guildford & surrounding areas.
This is a permanent role starting on 6th Jan 2024.
Job role details:
- Fault finding and repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
- Replacing and repairing electrical faults reported
- 40 hours work per week
- Salary of £40,000 per annum + van and fuel card
- Some on call work available
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Electrical NVQ Level 3
- 18 th Edition
- 2391 not essential but desirable
- Experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work ideally social housing
