Your new companyI am looking to speak to HR professionals with solid employee relations and change management experiences. My client is going through a period of change, this role will take the lead in clearing a back log of ER cases. You will also have the chance to support with a minor restructure across the EMEA region.Your new roleKey duties Manage ER Case load - disciplinary, grievance, absence and sicknessSupport the HR business partners during times of annual leaveAssist the Senior HR members with minor restructuresEMEA experience is desirable.Support global and local HR projectsWhat you'll need to succeedProven ER case management experience, ideally CIPD qualified. Previous experience as a HR Advisor. EMEA experience is advantageous.
