We are on the lookout for a dedicated Personal Assistant to become an integral part of our team at Farnborough Business Centre. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO, playing a crucial role in optimising the CEO’s time management and offering support to the Senior Leadership Team. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Proactive diary management to ensure the CEO’s schedule is optimised.
  • Coordination of both local and international travel arrangements, including comprehensive trip itineraries.
  • Minute-taking during meetings as necessary.
  • Assistance with the planning and execution of corporate and internal social events, including team-building activities.
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Managing administrative processes and documentation with precision.
  • Reconciling invoices and handling financial records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to complete complex tasks promptly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive with excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels.
  • A high degree of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • A hands-on approach and eagerness to learn and contribute.
