Assistant Finance Manager (FTC, 12 months)

Camberley, Surrey (Hybrid) | Full-time | Maternity Cover

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join a high-growth business on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This hybrid role is based out of Camberley. It's a great opportunity to support a forward-thinking finance function in delivering accurate reporting, insight, and control during an exciting period of growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll help develop and streamline core financial processes. From reporting and reconciliations to supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audits - you'll play a key role in day-to-day finance operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate internal financial reporting
  • Daily and month-end journal preparation and posting
  • General ledger & balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting
  • Ad-hoc projects and audit support

You'll Need:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification with post-qualified experience
  • Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
  • Business partnering experience is essential
  • Experience working with inventory (desirable)
