Role Responsibilities- Manage an audit-focused client portfolio
- Prepare financial statements under FRS102 and IFRS
- Lead audits independently while mentoring junior staff
- Manage financial aspects of client work, including billing and debt management
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Maintain and expand technical knowledge to resolve audit challenges

- Minimum of four years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Experience leading group audits and preparing consolidated accounts
- Good organisational skills to manage complex projects
- Proficiency with CaseWare or Mercia methodologies (desirable)
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Excellent leadership skills to mentor and support junior team members
