Role Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in an accountancy practice
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Experience leading group audits and preparing consolidated accounts
  • Good organisational skills to manage complex projects
  • Proficiency with CaseWare or Mercia methodologies (desirable)
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with the ability to identify business opportunities
  • Excellent leadership skills to mentor and support junior team members
