The Director of Finance Role:

We are looking for a dynamic ACA, CIMA, or ACCA-qualified finance leader for the pivotal role of Director of Finance, who can shape and drive financial strategy while providing strong leadership and operational excellence. In this role, you'll take full ownership of financial accounting, operational finance, and reporting across all UK legal entities, playing a critical part of our continued success.

This is a permanent, hybrid role and you must be prepared and willing to be in office 3 days per week in Farnborough with monthly travel to Bristol and Derby and infrequent international travel to Europe and USA.

As our Director of Finance, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing technology business. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our UK finance function, playing a strategic role in driving financial success while leading a talented team. Your Key Responsibilities:

+ Leadership Impact: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.+ Strategic Ownership: Own financial operations across all UK legal entities, overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and operational finance.+ Operational Excellence: Take on a varied scope, from managing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and credit control, to ensuring financial integrity and compliance.+ Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through system and process improvements, staying ahead of trends in a dynamic market.+ Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team and provide crucial insights to the VP of Finance EMEA and the US finance team.+ Professional Development: Participate in growth opportunities, taking on stretch projects and coaching programs that fuel your career and contribute to our vision.
