Finance Manager We are working with one of our exciting clients in the motor and insurance industry who are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to head up the UK division.Location: Camberley - hybrid Salary: up to £65k dependant on experienceIndustry: Motor / InsuranceResponsibilities:
- Compile monthly management accounts, perform intercompany reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
- Execute month-end procedures, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and handle partial exemption
- Lead the migration process to Microsoft Business Central
Qualifications / Skills:
- Financial qualification is preferred - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Strong background working in a similar role within the motor industry is beneficial
- Strong management accounts experience
- Preferred advanced proficiency in Microsoft Business Central
- Proven experience in developing and managing financial systems
- Expertise in Xero and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with international accounting is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and IT skills
- Excellent working knowledge of UK GAAP, particularly FRS 102
