Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
• Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support each child's development and well-being.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Uphold and promote the values and ethos of our school.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
