HR Coordinator

TSR Legal are working with a Legal 500 firm who are looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their team and support the existing HR function by managing various administrative tasks, HR projects, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain personnel records and conduct file audits.
  • Offer first-line support on employee relations matters.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries regarding pay, benefits, and policies.
  • Support new starters, coordinate work placements, and manage contract changes.
  • Administer benefits and trainee recruitment processes.
  • Assist with CSR events and HR investigations.
  • Document processes and generate monthly HR reports.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven HR administration experience.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
