Telesales Account Manager
£28,000 + Monthly Bonus (circa £500/month) + Mobile + Laptop + Pension Scheme + 20 days Hols + BH’s
My client is looking for a Telephone/Telesales Account Manager paying £28,000 basic + commission based in Surrey - the goal and reason for the role is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long term success.
The Role
- Maintain relationships with our customers by developing and delivering business planned objectives to increase growth.
- To acquire and develop New Business within existing geographic areas but not exclusive to. 30% of your role will be based on business development and 70% growing, maintaining and developing existing customer base.
- Making and receiving calls to and from existing and new customers.
- Accurate order entry, up-selling and cross-selling using on-screen information to ensure our customers are given every opportunity to buy from our comprehensive product range.
The Candidate
- Candidates MUST have FMCG and or Foodservice experience.
- The ability and desire to sell.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- A confident and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- Strong time management
- Strong analytical skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
