- Manage the project management tools and software.
- Monitor and report on project performance across the business.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management standards, processes, and templates to ensure consistent project delivery across the organisation.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to PMO processes and practices to enhance overall project efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Quality department and project management teams, ensuring the right processes are in place to streamline the project life cycle and enhance quality assurance.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards, conducting regular quality checks and audits across projects.
- Create and implement systems to identify potential project, assisting in the development of effective mitigation strategies.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project support or project coordination role.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Project Online.
- A diplomatic, positive communicator who is used to challenging the status quo.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall would be desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in an Engineering business involved in project delivery and audits.
