In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales process, from managing documentation to liaising with clients. The daily duties of a Sales Administrator:

  • Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and documentation for reference and auditing purposes.
  • Communicating with clients to confirm order details, delivery times, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and summaries related to sales activities.
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and address any administrative issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within sales or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
