My client, a recently merged group of agencies dedicated to continuous improvement of customer experiences, is looking for a Senior Developer to join them on a permanent basis. This is a 'remote first' role, meaning you won't be required in the office, but you will need to attend quarterly face-to-face meetings at a central location. The salary on offer is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.

They build and support online systems, websites, and applications for clients, including leading visitor attractions and luxury hotels, using CMS tools like Umbraco. Ideally, you will have experience working in an agency setting across multiple clients.

As part of their development team, you will design, build, and test code. You will be responsible for delivering large and complex software systems on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. Additionally, you will help refine and ensure the consistency of their development processes.

Required:
- 3-5 years of experience with .NET development in an agency setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative as a self-starter.

Desired:
- Familiarity with HubSpot CMS Hub, WordPress, Contentful, or Bloomreach.
- Relevant qualifications.

My client values career progression, and the successful candidate will be offered training and development opportunities, including the chance to become an Umbraco Master. You will also contribute to the growth of colleagues, particularly apprentices, and participate in external activities such as meetups and conferences.

If you are looking to join a growing business that genuinely invests in their team and offers excellent benefits, such as paid inspiration days and flexi-time, get in touch!
