My client is seeking an experienced telesales executive to join their business. This is a fully office based role, working within a fun, small and friendly team. The Telesales Executive will play a vital role in driving business growth through outbound calls and generating sales leads. This individual will be responsible for introducing payroll solutions to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting how the company’s services can help streamline payroll processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell payroll services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate payroll solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of payroll services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target businesses.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and payroll service offerings to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales-focused role (preferably in B2B services).
  • Strong understanding of payroll services or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus.
