To be considered for this negotiator role, you will ideally have some previous experience within the property industry, however, our client is also willing to consider a superb trainee with sales experience within another sales/target driven industry.
This is predominantly a sales role, although some lettings responsibilities will be required from time to time. Responsibilities will include arranging and accompanying prospective tenants/buyers on viewings, providing landlords/vendors with feedback, and negotiating between both parties.
Personal specification:
• Excellent written and communication skills• Confident in dealing with clients• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word• Excellent telephone manner• Must have a full UK driving licence.
The salary package on offer will include a basic of £18,000, plus an on target earnings figure of £25,000 to £30,000 in your first year.
