- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or senior sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep knowledge of the Camberley property market and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Full driving license and access to a car.
- ARLA or NAEA qualification is a plus, but not essential.
