As a Business Manager, you'll be leading the business support and administration sector across the Camberley and Guildford areas. This is a 'hands-on' managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus! The Camberley office, as a whole, cover accountancy, finance, facilities, HR and legal and so is a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Support consultants in winning business and filling jobs.

  • Division Management: Oversee your division with full P&L control.

  • Sales Strategy: Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs to drive growth.

  • Client Management: Win new clients and maintain existing relationships.

  • Team Development: Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of growth.

  • Income Management: Enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business support recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent business acumen with experience in P&L management.

  • Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

  • Ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
