Agile Delivery and Operations Business Analyst - Financial Services - Farnborough, Hampshire
Rate: £490-£515 per day
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Length of contract: Renewal on 31 December 2025
Estimated total time: 24 months
On site expectation: Hybrid role, 2 days per week expected on site
Key long term role within my Financial Services client focussing heavily on Agile and Stkeholder Management. The Agile Delivery and Operations Manager will define the vision and roadmap with the business that motivates and directs IT resources to deliver the RCM project portfolio and maintaining operational performance in line with Service Level Agreements.
Experience Required
- 10-15 years IT industry experience in leading large-scale change and operational excellence in mission-critical systems.
- 5 -10 years leading application development teams with experience in agile and DevOps frameworks.
- 10-15 years within Financial Services industry.
- Proven ability to engage with a variety of IT teams and suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to deliver within a complex systems landscape and diverse range of technology platforms.
- Ability to embrace and adapt to change.
- In-depth and formal training in project management, leadership, agile and DevOps.
- Portfolio, MSP, agile and DevOps qualifications is desirable.
