On behalf of our well-established, privately owned client based in Camberley, who proudly boasts a 35-year tenure within their specialised service sector, we are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Coordinator to manage service desk operations.

This pivotal support role is essential to the business, with the primary function focused on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall efficiency of service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service booking requests.

  • Coordinate the dispatch of service engineers.

  • Support the logistical coordination of the daily diary.

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.

  • Schedule routine services, quoted work, and revisits for faults.

  • Close completed jobs in the system.

  • Provide support to the Service Desk Manager.

  • Assist with key accounts as required.

  • Log and manage customer complaints.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients.

  • Support field engineers with job requirements.

  • Ensure necessary equipment is ordered and booked for jobs.
