We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team in Camberley. As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will work closely with local companies to ensure their IT systems are secure, efficient, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
- Windows, Azure, Office 365, support, installation skills
- Strong knowledge of server, network, and storage technologies.
- Expertise in virtualization, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
