Talent Guardian are seeking a motivated and experienced Machine/Warehouse Operative to join our valued client based in Farnborough, Hampshire. Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and organise precise customer orders 
  • Receive and unload deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy
  • Use tools, machinery, and assembly lines effectively to assemble products
  • Report any defects or quality issues to the supervisor
  • Store products in designated areas to maintain incredibly high organisation and accessibility
  • Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following health and safety protocols
 Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly environment is essential
  • Highly organised, motivated, reliable and switched on
  • Friendly, outgoing and able to work in a team
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
