RPS is seeking a Production Operative for a global tier 1 aerospace manufacturing company located in Farnborough.
Candidates should ideally have production line experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to follow work drawings for assemblies, soldering, and testing.
Experience in aerospace or automotive industries is preferred but not essential, and teamwork is crucial for reporting daily activities to a team leader.
The position offers immediate career development and training opportunities within a high-tech company with a robust order book extending into 2025.
The role features a day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, a 1 PM finish on Fridays, and potential for overtime, with a competitive salary offered.

RPS are currently working on behalf of a global tier 1 aerospace manufacturing company who are looking for a Production Operative to join them on their Farnborough site.

With 180 employees at this location you have the opportunity to join a high-tech company with a lengthy order book into 2025 and beyond.

For this Production Operative role you will ideally;

* have production line experience within a manufacturing environment

* have the ability to follow work drawings, carrying out assemblies, soldering and testing

* ability to work as part of a team, reporting daily work activities to a team leader

* ideally (not essential) have worked in an aerospace or automotive company

In return you will have the opportunity to join a global organisation with immediate career development and training. Day shift 7:30pm-4:30pm and 1pm Friday finish, with the opportunity for overtime in the evenings at weekend.
