We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Solutions Engineer. Join a leading provider of wireless connectivity solutions, IOT and professional services with a large presence in the UK construction sector. What You Can Expect
- Location - Farnborough (Can be fully remote)
- Salary - £60,000
- Work type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Solutions Engineer
- Pre-sales technical support for the commercial team.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements, then scope, design, and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Take on a technical leadership role in project execution.
- Conduct research, drive development, and approve both new and existing solutions.
- Provide 3rd line support for the service desk as needed.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Must have CCNA Certification
- Experience in a Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Network Engineering role.
- Expertise in designing and implementing wireless projects.
- Hands-on collaboration with wireless vendors like CISCO, Cradlepoint, Ruckus, Siklu, Cambium, and similar brands.
- Experience with 5G Fixed Wireless Access
- Familiarity with Ekahau is a plus.
