This young and vibrant Interior Design Consultancy work with private high-end residential clients offering a bespoke service covering interior architecture, design, styling and furnishing. Their client base spans London, Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire and across the South-East England.
Increasingly busy with lots of exciting new projects in progress they are looking for an Interior Architect to be responsible for creating joinery packages, lighting and general arrangement plans, carrying out site surveys and producing detailed layouts. Helping with all technical aspects of the projects.
They would alternatively consider taking on a CAD Technician with the potential to grow and take on further responsibilities and skills.
Skills and Experience expected for the Interior Architect:
- Strong VectorWorks proficiency is a must
- Experience working on residential projects
- The ability to produce working drawings for construction
- Good communication and organisation skills
- A team player but also self-motivated and proactive
Salary on offer is between £30k and £35k plus a pension, hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
