Due to increased workload, we require an additional Warehouse and Stock Assistant to support our busy warehouse and trade counter operations reporting into the Branch and Warehouse Managers. You will be responsible for a specific set of products and client orders and will be working Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm with a 30 min lunch break, free parking, paid holiday and a modern and professional working environment. As one of our Warehouse and Stock Assistants you will be available to start ASAP, ensuring the safe and timely management of stock in and out of the site. We are a well known brand with branches across the UK and can offer ongoing work on a weekly pay basis with a view to permanent for the right candidate.You will be responsible for the full product range coming into and out of our busy warehouse which will involve picking, assembly and packing of stock from computerised picking lists.• Primarily dealing with Warehouse enquires, from to pick pack and despatch to put away and offload. • Ensuring a high level of accuracy when inputting deliveries received• Replenishment of locations, Circle counts, and stock put away.• Loading and offloading vehicles. • Locations movements on and off the system.• Inputting deliveries of stock onto an inhouse system.• Inputting serial and asset numbers to the system when receiving or despatching goods.• Assisting in the day-to-day warehouse duties picking and packing for other item despatches when required• Making sure all required goods are labelled correctly upon despatch. • Dealing with potential spillages and clear up• Monitoring stock levels of products and supplies along with dates e.c.t• Assisting customers with their collections and loading of vehicles • Keeping a clean and safe working environment.To be successful as one of our Warehouse and Stock Assistants you should have previous warehouse, goods in/out and be PC literate and a Reach Forklift license is desirable. You should be able to manage your own workload and take responsibility for our varied clients and their orders.
