Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a temp to perm Credit Administrator role for a business based in North Hampshire.The company offer hybrid working and excellent career prospects!Key duties of the position include:
  • Issuing emails to customers requesting standard information and documentation required to prepare credit reviews
  • Maintaining a log of customer information and communication
  • Handling customer requests for temporary credit limit increases
  • Administering the Team mailbox and managing emails
  • Dealing with general phone queries from customers
  • General office administration support
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Competent MS Office skills
  • Self motivated and able to use own initiative
