I'm seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Farnborough. The ideal Architectural Technologist will have solid post-qualification experience and a keen drive for career progression. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented, and technically proficient. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is highly advantageous.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
- Run projects through all RIBA stages
- Retail experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Conduct site visits & surveys
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- Must live within a commutable distance of Farnborough
- Revit proficiency is essential
