Civil Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team in Farnborough. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with office-based duties.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, property disputes, and personal injury claims.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case documentation.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with post-qualification experience in civil litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
