They are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with a passion for drafting and a sharp eye for technical detail to handle complex corporate transactions.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Drafting high-quality commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Providing support to Legal Directors and Partners on legal transactions and producing documents.
  • Conducting legal research and in-depth analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations.
  • Efficient file management, organising and handling all relevant documents.
  • Ensuring case progression to advance legal matters smoothly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles.
