They are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with a passion for drafting and a sharp eye for technical detail to handle complex corporate transactions.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Drafting high-quality commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Providing support to Legal Directors and Partners on legal transactions and producing documents.
- Conducting legal research and in-depth analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Efficient file management, organising and handling all relevant documents.
- Ensuring case progression to advance legal matters smoothly and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
