- The ideal candidate will be pivotal in mergers and acquisitions, bringing experience of collaborating with partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions, and when appropriate, taking the lead in managing transactions independently.
- You will support asset purchase and sale transactions, by drafting relevant documents and facilitating progress, throughout the deal lifecycle. You will also assist with business disposals by responding to due diligence requests, and preparing necessary documentation.
- It is also expected that the successful candidate will oversee the due diligence process for clients, (including reviewing share purchase agreements, drafting disclosure letters, and preparing related documents).
- You'll manage both completion and post-completion matters, and engage in a wide range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
