Are you an ambitious and driven solicitor with a passion for resolving complex disputes? Do you have 4-6 years PQE in commercial litigation and a desire to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a broad and varied caseload of contentious matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
  • Handle contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, insolvency litigation, and high-value debt recovery.
  • Engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods to resolve disputes without court proceedings.
  • Prepare cases for trial, draft pleadings, and provide court representation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused advice and ensuring a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to resolving disputes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a variety of cases.
  • Excellent drafting skills, including the ability to draft correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements.
  • Commercially astute, focused on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions.
  • Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
