Dispute Resolution Solicitor (Fee Earner)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Fee Earner with a minimum of four years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a thriving Dispute Resolution team. The team has seen phenomenal growth and provides long-term support to both business and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle a diverse caseload with a focus on commercial litigation, and potentially insolvency matters.
  • Take ownership of cases, delivering exceptional client care and support to senior lawyers in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes within the High Court.
  • Play a key role in executing the Department’s Business Development Plan, developing new client relationships and contributing to departmental growth.
  • Engage in high-quality work, broadening your horizons and expanding your expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Solicitor/CILEX with a minimum of four years’ robust experience in dispute resolution.
  • Experience in managing your own cases and providing support in complex disputes.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
  • A commitment to excellence and a desire to contribute to a growing team.
