An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor join a reputable Legal 500 firm in Farnborough. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their Dispute Resolution team.

Duties will include:

  • Managing own caseload of commercial contentious matters to include Shareholder & Partnership Disputes, Contract Disputes, Insolvency, Court Representation (list not exhaustive)
  • Managing most of the procedure from instruction through to settlement.
  • Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
  • Experience of taking matters to court is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis.
  • Be actively involved in the marketing and business development of the team and wider firm.
  • Maintaining continuing professional development requirements and taking an active interest in furthering knowledge within litigation.
  • To regularly attend and be involved in preparation for team meetings.

The successful candidate will:

  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 -6 years of PQE.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Have a very high level of technical competence when drafting documentation.
