My client are currently seeking an accomplished Family Lawyer (2+ years PQE) to join their compassionate and experienced Family Law team. This role is ideal for a lawyer who is not only skilled in family law but also committed to delivering empathetic, high-quality service to clients navigating challenging life transitions.

You'll be joining a close-knit team of seven fee earners, supported by an experienced secretarial staff. Known for collaboration and inclusivity, their culture values open communication, mentorship, and continuous professional development. Team members regularly partner on complex cases, and there is a strong referral network across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload that includes divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and cohabitation agreements.
  • Collaborate on high-value financial remedy cases, working closely with colleagues across departments.
  • Provide empathetic and clear legal advice tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Engage in mediation and negotiation processes, as appropriate, to seek fair resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law to support and advise clients effectively.
