• Overseeing and growing the Residential Property department, ensuring high standards of client service
• Managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
• Providing strategic direction and contributing to business development
• Mentoring and supervising junior team members
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and referrers

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years of experience in Residential Property
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
